  • Call your insurance

    I am in-network with Premera Blue Cross and First Choice Health plans. I can also provide superbills for out-of-network plans for possible partial reimbursement. Call your insurance directly to ask about your benefits. If you need guidance on what to ask, click on the “Tips for Calling Insurance” handout below.

  • Schedule a session

    If you would like to move forward with Calla Lily Counseling services, contact me and we will schedule your first 53-minute Telehealth therapy session. You will be e-mailed a log-in to your own Client Portal through Simple Practice, a HIPAA compliant Telehealth platform. From the portal, you will need to complete intake paperwork prior to our first session.
